Is that why he was an active member of a fraternity in 2006 and yet was still at the University of Virginia in 2012? Was he suspended for some part of the years between 2006 and 2012? Suspended, never arrested and not expelled; is that why he was free to organize the gang rape of Jackie?
Is documentation of why he was suspended part of the records that either the University of Virgnia refused to release to the Charlottesville Police Department or that the police department decided not to obtain?
