The government needs to stop creating these license plates. I'm sure that there are people driving around in cars that have license plates like 717 VA2 who have no idea what it means.

A male pedestrian with three young children with him just walked past this van. He probably had no idea of the possibility that the van is driven by someone who wants to molest children.
This van was at the same intersection a minute later.
