That's a lot of people, in homeless shelters, psychiatric units, the YMCA and who knows where else?
If someone thinks that he or she has a reason to charge me with a crime for which I haven't been punished or haven't been punished enough, he or she is free to attempt to do so, but there's no excuse for voyeurism.
