It shouldn't be allowed for children, teenagers and people of traditional college age to be taken out of school to work in the entertainment industry. If their work can't be done during the summer months, then it shouldn't be done.
No adult who is past the traditional college age should be allowed to work in the entertainment industry AT ALL without a college degree. I don't just mean actors, I mean EVERYONE.
