The conglomerate is too powerful for anything that I say to make it stop. I can't make it stop; I can try to persuade, and that's all I can do.
I have always known that; I think that a lot of people who think of me as being a powerful person don't realize that influence is not power.
I also am not trying to have the kind of power that can make the conglomerate stop; I would have to be as powerful as the President to begin to make it stop. I never wanted to be that powerful; I just want the people who are that powerful to behave responsibly.
I don't like the things that I say I don't like. If I could make them stop, I would.
