The car with that license plate is again parked at the beginning of the parking lot at Quincy Mental Health Center.
I don't think that I would have much success if I tried to find the man who owns that car in the building and went up to him, screaming "Leave me alone, you creep!" That is what I feel like doing, and I would get into a lot of trouble, with people calling me crazy, if I did it.
