The car with that license plate is again parked at the beginning of the parking lot of Quincy Mental Health Center. I have seen a man at that car before.
It seems to me that the man who owns that car is stalking me and is probably also an employee of Quincy Mental Health Center. Whom could I tell about that situation? What are the chances that my attempt to report it to anyone would result in something other than my being treated as if I'm crazy?
