There were vertical letters in front of the numbers; I think the letters were "RS."
There was a man in the driver's seat, and a man standing on the sidewalk, talking to him through the passenger's side window.
I haven't taken a lot of notes today, because it's raining. I thought that I should mention that car, though. Who knows if those are dangerous men?
