They're not like the H&M ads, are they? They don't look as if they're trying to give off a feeling of sophistication or beauty or glamour. They are ads that respect neither the people in them nor their target audience.
Put them next to the H&M ads, and you get a visual representation of the way that the conglomerate treats me versus the way that it treats someone like Kelly Rohrbach, even though she would have dated Robert Pattinson if he had directly asked her, and I wouldn't.
Sloppy, vulgar, stupid, poor, vagina-leaking, old, slutty Lena, versus beautiful, young, rich Kelly. That's what they mean.
Her boyfriend is my age, and the things that have gotten said about me around the clock, the things that have turned my already bad life into a freakshow hell, that have caused me to be chronically homeless, chronically unemployed, harassed, stalked, voyeuristically videotaped, lied about and lied to, don't get said about him, even though I'm sure that, by the time that he was 20, he had slept with far more than the total number of people with whom I have slept in my life.
