That's a picture of the front page of today's Boston Herald.
The newspaper has changed its front page so that it says "INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR" every day.
I would not be surprised if the people who gave the Boston Herald that award did it because I often publish pictures of the Boston Herald's promotion of human rights abuses.
Child Molesters of the Year; that's what the award means. It's disgusting that the Boston Herald is proud of it.
