It is a Boston Public Heath Commission shelter and it is the worst shelter in the Boston area. Many shelters aren't much better because homelessness is so stigmatized and society doesn't think about what it's like to be homeless or care about what happens to homeless people. It is a public disgrace for human beings to be treated the way that homeless people are treated in most overnight shelters.
