That's a picture from today of ads at Central Square Station.
What it means is that the smarter, nicer college students will be abused at college, while the meaner college students advance. The colleges which are promoting the conglomerate's agenda are rewarding and enforcing criminal behavior; they are contributing to the establishment of a criminal world.
