The stalking has started.

I did not get a lobby chair. Since he started stalking me as soon as he saw that I was sitting at a table, I moved to another part of the lobby.
He has started the first of what I'm sure will be many walks back and forth near where I moved to so that I could get away from him.

I can't leave the building until my ticket number is called or until the lottery is over. As the weather gets colder, I won't be able to leave the building even after that, without going somewhere indoors which will cost money. A few dollars a day adds up when you're poor.
I was charging my phone this afternoon when he began to stalk me. I managed to go to another part of the lobby where there's an outlet, but it's not somewhere that I have protection against him being within a few feet of me. Its only advantage to where I was sitting when he started stalking me today is that it's not the corner of the lobby that's next to a room that is only accessible to staff that he can continue to think of bogus reasons to go into over and over.
___________
I forgot to write a time after the last paragraph.
He seems to have gotten assigned to sit in the chair that's in front of the front desk, where one of the supervisors called the lottery numbers and is dealing with the waitlist.
I didn't get a bed tonight, which means that I'll be sleeping in the lobby. The lobby closes at 9:00 p.m. to guests who have beds, who then have to go upstairs. From 9:00 p.m. until somewhere between 9:30 and 10, guests are being given sheets and blankets to put either on cots or mats on the floor, or on two lobby chairs pushed together.
I hope that he doesn't stalk me during the rest of his shift, which is over at 11:00 p.m.
