I almost never wear make up, and almost never have. I have a few skin care products, all of which I bought in the least expensive part of the skin care section at the drugstore.
Most of the time, people think that I look younger than I am. I don't look that young to myself, because I know that I look much older than I did when I was at the ages that people often think that I am. However, I know that I am fortunate to look the way that I do at my age.
I am also a walking, although impoverished, advertisement for no smoking, no drinking, no illegal drugs, no abuse of prescription medication, wearing sunscreen almost every day starting in my thirties (I should have started doing that sooner), trying to eat healthy food in higher quantities than unhealthy food, and trying to exercise when I have the time.
The more make up you wear, the worse your skin will be. The worse your skin is, the more money you might decide to spend on expensive skin care products.
The least expensive and most effective beauty product is health.
