Not only is their behavior inappropriate, unprofessional, intrusive and distracting, it encourages homeless guests to harass me.
Those employees also are always ready to find fault with me, to blame me for things that go wrong or for nothing at all, are frequently rude and deliberately unhelpful even when they're not being harassing, contribute to a hostile environment around me, and have the power to bar me from the Pine Street Inn.
