Those are pictures of Takeda Oncology ads, and of one of the gold/yellow "Vs" that someone started to tape at each end of the platform at MBTA train stations several weeks ago.
She gets paid for something that she chose to do, while I get cyber-raped on the Internet around the clock, and will for the rest of my life and even after I'm dead, because of something that I never consented to and would never have chosen to do for any amount of money.
