It's been five years already! What are we going to be saying to each other when we're 50? 60?
"Call me a moron, you stupid b----! At least I have all my teeth!"
"I have all my teeth! If you weren't such a narcissistic idiot, you would have started taking better care of your teeth before you were 40, and then you would also have all of your teeth!"

I will continue to protest the conglomerate's agenda and the behavior of the people who promote that agenda. Perhaps we could reduce the personal slurs to the level of cold and civilized hostility as much as possible.
