That's what the assistant director of the crisis unit at Quincy Mental Health Center just told me, meaning that I'm the one who's doing something wrong when I object to being coughed at.
What that also means is that she is not going to stop staffpeople or clients from sexually harassing and otherwise bullying me, and if I object, I'll be treated even worse and maybe made to leave.
