I'm sure that the people in this ad didn't know that their picture was being taken and were not asked for their consent for it to be used in an ad.
AT&T did this to them. How many people's phones are being hacked just for the amusement of the people who are doing the hacking?
If things continue the way that they are, what's to stop phone companies, or any corporation, from taking private pictures from people's phones and computers and making advertisements from them?
